Asian style zucchini noodles

Ingredient list for 1 portion
green zucchini (200g)
coconut oil (13.6g)
clove of garlic (3g)
red chili pepper (2.5g)
sesame oil (4.5g)

Peel the zucchini and grate on a vegetable slicer in long, thin strips.
Cut the beef into thin slices, then chop the carrot, the celery and the onion into small slices
Heat some coconut oil in a wok and add the beef. Fry it for a short time and add the vegetables.
Mix everything together, add the chopped garlic clove, chilli and ginger, and continue frying.
Finally, add the zucchini noodles, the soy and chilli sauce and mix everything well together again, serve it on a plate and garnish it with chopped chives.
Optionally, broccoli, peppers, or mushrooms can also be used for the vegetables.
