First, peel, halve and core the avocados. Then place them in a bowl and mash them with a fork.

Chop the garlic clove and the coriander finely. Add both to the avocado as well as the caraway and the Greek yogurt. Stir vigorously. Sprinkle with lemon juice and spice with salt and pepper.
