First, beat 3 eggs in a bowl and season with salt, pepper and oregano.
Pour the eggs into a slightly preheated pan and put into the oven at 100 degrees Celsius / 225 degrees Fahrenheit / 1/4 Gas Mark.
Once you notice that the liquid has become solid you can remove the pan from the oven.
Now you can top the breakfast pizza with tomato sauce, salami slices.
Afterwards the pan goes back into the oven until the cheese is melted.
