First you begin with the dressing: peel the cloves of garlic, chop them into tiny pieces, squeeze them into a bowl with a garlic press and season with salt.
Add Greek yogurt, mustard and lemon juice and mix it all together.
Season the dressing with pepper, depending on the taste. As in the original 10-20 gram anchovy fillet "pureed" can be added (optional).
Heat a pan and fry the bacon. Remove it from the pan and cut it into pieces.
Now you wash the lettuce and cut it into pieces.
Fill a salad bowl with the salad, mix it with the dressing and 15 g grated Parmesan.
Cut the tomatoes into pieces and add them as well as the the bacon bits to the salad. Sprinkle the salad with the remaining 10 g grated Parmesan and enjoy!
