First you have to preheat the oven to 250 degrees Celsius / 475 degrees Fahrenheit / Gas Mark 9.
Then you place the cauliflower in rows on a baking tray. Season them with salt, olive oil and pepper.
Now reduce the heat to 180 degrees Celsius / 350 degrees Fahrenheit / Gas Mark 4 and bake the cauliflower for about 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, take a medium bowl and mix the yoghurt with the tomatoes, onions and garlic spice.
Then place the chicken in a baking dish and garnish with the sauce and the cauliflower.
In the next step distribute the Gouda and the Cheddar over the Casserole and the casserole goes back into the oven again for 20 minutes.
Then you can remove the tray from the oven and let it cool.
The casserole can be garnished with green onions.
