Grilled Shrimp and Lime Skewers

clove of garlic (3g)
olive oil (12g)
caraway seed (1.05g)
red chili pepper (5g)

Put some wooden skewers in water for 10 min.
Now heat the grill to a medium temperature.
Cut the limes and the onion into chunks.
Use a separate bowl and put the shrimp in a marinade consisting of garlic, caraway, salt, olive oil, coriander and chili.
Then slide a shrimp, a piece of lime and a piece of onion on two skewers at the same time so that the shrimp do not break when turning and turning on the grill
