Kebab Skewers with Homemade Tzatziki

red pepper powder (1.8g)
cloves (spices) (2.1g)
olive oil (12g)
black pepper (0.04g)
lemon juice (5g)
greek yogurt (6g)
clove of garlic (3g)
caraway seed (2.1g)

First we heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius / 350 degrees Fahrenheit / Gas Mark 4.
Soften 6-8 Wooden Skewers in water.
The spices are ground together with the clove of garlic in a mortar.
The lamb meat is then seasoned with this mixture. Add some salt.
Now we divide the meat mixture into six equally sized pieces. Make similar sausages and slide them onto the shish kebabs.
The skewers are baked in the oven for 8-10 minutes.
Meanwhile, pour the yoghurt into a bowl.
To this we add the small grated cucumber, salt, pepper, lemon juice and garlic.
Now mix the ingredients together well and we get a delicious Tzatziki.
The finished kebab spits can be served with the addition of coriander and the Tzatziki.
