vanilla extract (4.8g)
coconut oil (1.485g)
coconut milk (1.25g)
coconut flour (10g)
lime peel (5g)

First, make the crunchy coating for the lime balls.
Fill a blender with 1/3 cup of macadamia nuts, half of the lime zest, half of the erythritol and a pinch of salt.
Now blend everything together into a homogeneous mass .
Pour the mixture into a small bowl.
Now it is time to make the ball mass. Fill a blender with the rest of the macadamia nuts, the sunflower seed, the lime juice, the rest of the lime zest, the vanilla extract, the coconut oil, the rest of the erythritol, the coconut milk and the coconut flour.
Blend everything together into a homogeneous mass .
Form 16 balls from this mass and place them in the freezer for 50 minutes.
Remove the balls from the freezer and roll them in the crunchy coating from step 1-4.
