Heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius / 350 degrees Fahrenheit / Gas Mark 4, cover a baking tray with baking paper and sprinkle the almond flakes onto it. Bake these for 5 minutes until they appear golden.

Place a bowl in a steam bath. Add the butter to the bowl, wait until it melts, then add coconut oil, stevia and cocoa powder, and mix everything together well. Then, remove the bowl from the steam bath.

Let the mass cool down first. Now add the cream little by little while stirring the whole time.

Pour the chocolate mass into a suitable mould and garnish with the roasted almonds.

Place the chocolate in the refrigerator and wait until the mass solidifies. We recommend to keep the chocolate in the refrigerator for 12 hours before consuming.
