Low Carb Tomato Soup

Ingredient list for 1 portion
basil leaves (37.5g)
black pepper (2g)
coconut oil (4.5g)
clove of garlic (3g)

Cut the onion and the garlic clove into small cubes
Heat coconut oil in a pot and fry onion and garlic.
In the meantime, you can wash the tomatoes. Then peel and cut them into small pieces.
Add the tomato pieces, the tomato sauce and water into the pot and mix everything together.
Season with salt and pepper and add fresh basil.
Cook everything for 15 minutes. Close the pot with a lid.
The soup is now ready. If you want, you can also mix the soup in a blender, so that you get a tomato cream soup.
We recommend a spoonful of yoghurt and fresh basil leaves as a garnish.
