Low carb Tuna Pizza

Ingredient list for 1 portion
tuna in its own juice
psyllium husk powder (10g)
tomato puree (2.5g)
grated mozzarella (3.3g)
green olive without kernel (8.1g)

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius / 325 degrees Fahrenheit / Gas Mark 3.
Open the tuna can a bit and let the water run out.
Crack an egg into a bowl and mix it well with the tuna and psyllium husk powder.
Place baking paper on a baking tray.
Place the dough mass in a round pizza mold, form it and place it on the baking sheet. Bake the pizza for 20 minutes.
Remove the baking tray from the oven, cover the pizza with spinach leaves, tomato pieces and olives.
Put the pizza back into the oven and continue baking for 10 minutes until the mozzarella is melted.
Serve the pizza on a plate and enjoy!
