black pepper (0.04g)
coconut oil (27.2g)
fresh thyme (0.8g)
basil leaves (12.5g)
clove of garlic (3g)
oregano seasoning (5g)
chicken breast (145g)

Chop the onions, garlic and herbs (basil, thyme, oregano).
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and fry them in the following order: onions, garlic, basil, thyme and oregano. Afterwords you can add the tomato puree.
Season it with salt and pepper and cook for 5 minutes under medium heat.
Preheat the oven to 200C / 400 degrees F / Gas Mark 6.
Cut the chicken breast fillets in halves und beat the halves with a meat hammer.
Season the halves with salt and pepper, heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan und fry them from both sides.
Use a baking pan of your choice and put the tomato sauce on top, garnish with sliced mozzarella and salami.
Bake it for 10 minutes. As soon as the cheese has melted you can take it out of the oven.
Serve on a plate and enjoy!
