First, the shrimp are peeled and cooked to taste, roasted or grilled.

Then you take a bowl and mix cream cheese, ketchup, lemon juice, the hot sauce, (if you insist) the cognac, salt and pepper.

Now you can peel the avocado, halve it, core it and cut into small cubes.

The cherry tomatoes, coriander and salad are now cut into small pieces.

Now you put the salad in a bowl and add the remaining ingredients.
