romaine lettuce (170g)
boiled ham (60g)
slice of cheddar cheese (60g)

Wash the lettuce head.
Afterwards, cut off the white parts with a knife and peel off three leaves.
Dry off the leaves with some kitchen paper.
Cut the tomato and the cucumber into slices.
Put 20g of ham, 20g of cheese, 40g of tomato and 20g of cucumber slices on each lettuce leaf.
Sprinkle your favourite herbs on your salad sandwiches. We recommend fresh basil and dill.
