First, you have to fill a deep pan with hot water. Then cut the chicken breast into strips. Then cook them in a pot of hot water. Once the chicken is cooked, you can take it out of the pot and place it on a plate to cool.

Cut the carrot, peppers, celery, cucumber and onion into thin, long strips

Fill a deep pan with hot water and place the rice paper for 30 seconds to make it soft and translucent.

Place the rice paper on a plate.

Cover each rice paper with chicken and vegetable strips and roll together.

Make sure you do not fill the Summer Rolls too much, otherwise the rice paper could tear.
