Tunafish Steak with a Chia-Sesame Crust

Ingredient list for 1 portion
soy sauce (32g)
mini red tomatoes (15g)
tuna filet (750g)
chia seeds (5g)
sesame oil (5g)
lemon juice (15g)
chili spices (8g)

Mix and place chia and sesame seeds on a plate or board.
Coat the Tuna with the mixture. Just enough to make a light crust.
Heat a pan with little oil over high temperature and fry the coated Tuna for 30 seconds on each side .
Take the Tuna and cut into similar-sized pieces.
Cut the Fruit into similar sized chunks.
Place the Fruit as well as the Tuna on a Plate
In a separate bowl mix the Soy Sauce, Lemon Juice, Ginger, Sesame Oil, and Chili to make the dressing.
Finally pour the dressing over the Tuna plate and garnish with Coriander.
