First wash the zucchini and use a vegetable grater to get the zucchini pieces into the desired shape, e.g. Spaghetti, tagliatelle.

Cut the bacon in small cubes and fry it on a pan with some olive oil,

As soon as it turns slightly brownish, add the freshly grated garlic, parsley and continue frying for a few seconds.

Now add the zucchini noodles and mix everything together.

Take the pan from the stove, add half of the amount of parmesan and season with fresh pepper.

Finally pour the previously whisked eggs over the zucchini noodles and mix until you obtain a loose, creamy mass.

Finally serve the zucchini Carbonara on a plate and sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan.
