Avocado salad with lime and shrimps

Ingredient list for 1 portion
coconut oil (13.6g)
olive oil (12g)
mini red tomatoes (150g)
lemon juice (15g)
black pepper (4g)
cayenne pepper (5g)

Heat some coconut oil on a pan and fry the prawns.
Season with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper.
Pour the lemon juice, the olive oil, salt and pepper into a bowl and mix everything well together.
Wash the cocktail tomatoes and the zucchini. Halve the tomatoes are halved, peel the zucchini and cut it into even cubes. Then chop the onion and avocado into small pieces.
Add the fried prawns, the zucchini, the tomatoes, the coriander and the onions to the bowl with the homemade dressing and then mix everything well.
Serve the shrimp avocado salad on a plate, if desired, you can garnish with more coriander.
