chili spices (1g)
clove of garlic (3g)
black pepper (4g)
soy sauce (16g)

First the meat is washed and chopped finely. (ground if possible)
Then the shallots, clove of garlic, ginger and capers are also finely chopped.
Now we put these finely chopped pieces with the beef, soybean and mustard into a bowl and mix very well. Season with salt, pepper and paprika.
Serve the beef tartar on a plate and enjoy.
