Cauliflower muffin with avocado, bacon and egg

slice of bacon (60g)
black pepper (0.04g)

Cut the bacon into strips and fry them on a pan.
Now cook the cauliflower in hot water and drain it over a sieve.
Let it cool down and grate it on a vegetable slicer into small pieces.
Press the remaining water out of the cauliflower with a kitchen towel.
In a separate bowl you can mash the previously peeled and cored avocado with a fork.
Then add salt, pepper, the cracked eggs and the boiled cauliflower.
Mix everything well, then add the bacon and mix again.
Now fill the mass into a muffin baking mold.
Place it in the oven for 10-15 minutes at 190 degrees Celsius / 375 degrees Fahrenheit / Gas Mark 5.
Finally you can garnish the cauliflower muffins with chives and chili.
