Deviled Eggs with Avocado Filling

Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water.
Now you can place the pot on the stove and let the water boil. Cook the eggs exactly for 12 minutes!
Then you take the pot from the heart and put it into the sink while you rinse the eggs in cold water
Now you can add ice cubes to the eggs to cool them down faster.
Now you have to peel the eggs and cut them lengthwise.
Remove the egg yolk from the egg whites and place the yolk into the blender.
You can put the egg whites on a plate in the meantime.
Then halve, pit, and hollow out the avocado and put it together with the egg yolk in the blender.
Now add the lemon juice, garlic and salt.
Then you take a small plastic bag, which can be closed with a zipper and fill it with the egg yolk avocado cream.
Now cut a little corner with the scissors so that the cream can come through.
Finally fill the egg white halves with the avocado egg yolk filling.
Optionally you can sprinkle the eggs with some small chopped bacon.
