Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius / 350 degrees Fahrenheit / Gas Mark 4.

Heat a pan and fry the minced beef.

After it appears brownish, remove the pan from the stove and sprinkle the meat with 50g grated mozzarella.

Season with salt, pepper and oregano.

Cut the onion into small rings and the mushrooms and peppers into thin strips.

Put the beef mass into a suitable pizza form, coat it with tomato sauce and garnish with the onion rings, the salami slices, the mushrooms and paprika. Finally add the remaining grated mozzarella.

Bake the pizza for 20 minutes until the mozzarella is melted.
