Shrimp chorizo frittata

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius / 350 degrees Fahrenheit / Gas Mark 4.
Beat the eggs into a bowl and mix them with the milk. Season with salt and pepper.
Cut the onion into small cubes.
Heat some coconut oil on a pan and fry the onion pieces and the chorizo for 3 minutes.
Wash and peel the shrimps and add them to the pan. Also add the green beans.
Continue frying for a minute. Then pour the egg mass into the pan and fry for another minute.
Now place the pan in the oven for 5 minutes.
Remove the pan from the oven and serve the frittata on a plate.
