coconut oil (13.6g)
clove of garlic (3g)
chicken breast fillet (200g)
black pepper (2g)
red pepper powder (0.9g)

Cut the onion, the celery, the mushrooms, and the asparagus into small cubes and chop the garlic clove.
Wash and cut the turkey fillet into thin, long strips.
Heat coconut oil on a pan and fry the meat. Add the onion pieces shortly after and continue cooking.
Add the garlic, mix everything together and continue frying.
Now you can also add the asparagus, the celery and the mushrooms.
Now add the coconut milk and season with salt, pepper and paprika.
Let it cook until the vegetables are soft.
Serve on a plate and enjoy.
