First grate the cauliflower on a vegetable slicer.

Then heat a pan with olive oil, chop the ginger, the garlic clove and the chill into small pieces and add them to the pan.

Fry the ingredients for a short time. In the meantime, you can cut the peppers and the leeks and then put them in a frying pan.

Mix everything together and continue frying for 4 minutes.

Now add the cauliflower rice, mix again and cook for 3 minutes.

In the meantime you can cut the iceberg lettuce and the chives and place them in the pan.

Continue frying for 2 minutes, mix well and season with salt and pepper.

Now, add an egg and stir again. Cook until the egg is mixed well with the cauliflower rice and the other ingredients.
