First halve the avocado and remove the stone. Then you can peel it and cut it into thin slices.

Arrange the avocado slices on a plastic wrap foil so that they overlap slightly at the edges.

In a separate bowl mix the salmon with the cream cheese, coriander, capers, mustard, salt and pepper until the desired paste consistency is created.

Now shape the paste into balls with your hands and place them in the middle on the avocado slices.

Then, lift the plastic wrap foil from below and form the entire mass into a ball.
