Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius / 350 degrees Fahrenheit / Gas Mark 4.

Peel, halve and pit the avocado. Then add one half to a blender.

Grate both types of cheese and add them to the blender. Optionally you can of course buy already grinded Gouda and Parmesan to add.

Season with salt, pepper and add the juice of half a lemon.

Now mix until a homogeneous mass is obtained.

Place baking paper on a baking tray. With a spoon, scoop the mass out of the blender and form several round, thin circles on the baking tray.

Bake for 15-17 minutes until the avocado rounds appear yellowish.

Remove the baking tray from the oven and let the rounds cool down. Only then they become crispy.

Optionally you cann add some yoghurt sauce and garnish with chili and coriander.
