Heat some coconut oil on a pan and fry the prawns. Season with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper.
Pour the lemon juice, the olive oil, salt and pepper into a bowl and mix everything well together.
Halve the tomatoes, then chop the onion and avocado into small pieces.
Add the fried prawns, the tomatoes, the coriander and the onions to the bowl with the homemade dressing and then mix everything well.
Serve the shrimp avocado salad on a plate, if desired, you can garnish with more coriander.
