First, preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius / 375 degrees Fahrenheit / Gas Mark 5.

Separate the cauliflower into florets.

Put the cauliflower florets on a piece of aluminium foil.

Spice the cauliflower with salt, pepper and red pepper powder and sprinkle it with some olive oil.

Roll the aluminum foil up and place it in the oven for 50 minutes.

In the meantime, you can fry the bacon on a pan.

As soon as it is crispy, remove the bacon from the pan and cut it into small cubes.

Next, fill a blender with the contents from the aluminum foil and add the cream.

Blend the mixture into a homogeneous mass.

Then add the bacon cubes and mix the puree with a spoon.

Serve the puree as a side dish or as a single meal.
