Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius / 350 degrees Fahrenheit / Gas Mark 4.

Seperate the cauliflower in florets and place them in a baking dish.

Cover the dish with aluminum foil and place it in the oven for 25 minutes.

Take the baking dish out of the oven and remove the aluminum foil. Allow the cauliflower to cool down a little.

You can now chop the cauliflower with a knife or in a blender.

Pour the cauliflower mass into a bowl.

Cut the peppers and the onion into small cubes and add them to the bowl with the cauliflower.

Add an egg, grated cheddar, parmesan, and nutritional yeast.

Season the mass with oregano, salt and pepper.

Mix everything well together.

Form small balls from the mass with your hands .

Place baking paper on a baking tray, then place the cauliflower balls onto it and put the tray into the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.

Remove the baking tray with the cauliflower balls from the oven.

Serve the balls on a plate. We recommend yoghurt sauce or ketchup as a dip.
