Heat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius / 375 degrees Fahrenheit / Gas Mark 5.

Heat a pan and fry the bacon.

Now cook the cauliflower in a pot of hot water and then put it into a strainer so that the excess water can drip off.

Now you can shred the cauliflower through a vegetable shredder.

With a kitchen towel you then strain the last of the water out of the cauliflower. Then place this into a bowl.

Now add grated Cheddar cheese, an egg, the garlic spice, salt, spices of your choice, pepper and stir the whole thing.

Now take a muffin mold and coat it with olive oil to then fill with the mixture. Form a pit in the muffins so that an egg can be placed there later.

Bake the muffins for about 15-17 min.

Once the muffins are ready, you can garnish the individual muffins with some bacon and one egg per form.

Put them back in the oven for 6-8 minutes.

Finally, season the muffins with pepper and salt.
