First, the cauliflower is cooked in a pot of hot water.

It is then removed and cooled slightly.

Now the cauliflower must be grated through a vegetable grater.

Now you can get the water out of the cauliflower with a strainer (or with a salad dryer).

Now add the eggs, the cheese, onion, garlic spice, salt, spinach and pepper, and mix vigorously.

Coat the muffin molds with some olive oil.

The muffin mixture can then be filled into the molds.

The muffins now go in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 190 degrees Celsius / 375 degrees Fahrenheit / Gas Mark 5.
