Now cook the cauliflower in hot water and drain it over a sieve.

Let it cool down and grate it on a vegetable slicer into small pieces.

Press the remaining water out of the cauliflower with a kitchen towel.

In a separate bowl add the egg, the salt, the chopped basil, the grated mozzarella, the pepper the garlic spice and the boiled cauliflower and mix everything together.

Now fill the mass into a muffin baking mold and form a little pit into it.

Place the muffin baking mold in the oven for 10-15 minutes at 190 degrees Celsius / 375 degrees Fahrenheit / Gas Mark 5.

Fill some tomato sauce into the pit, put a slice of salami on it and sprinkle with some grated mozzarella.
