First you have to grate the cauliflower on a vegetable slicer.

Heat coconut oil on a pan. Wash the chicken breast and then cut into thin strips. Next put them in a frying pan.

Season with salt and pepper. Fry the chicken until it is brownish. In the meantime, you can wash the broccoli and divide the florets. Peel the carrot and cut it into thin slices.

Add the carrot slices and the broccoli florets to the pan, mix everything together and continue to fry. In the meantime you can chop the garlic clove.

Add the clove of garlic and the cauliflower rice. Cook for a few minutes and then add the peanut butter to the center.

Pour the soy sauce and the sesame seeds over it and mix well.
