First you have to grate the cauliflower into small pieces through a vegetable grater.

Then heat a pan with coconut oil.

Add the cauliflower and fry for 5-10 minutes until the rice has reached a soft consistency. Season with some salt. If you want to add some flavour, check our other cauliflower rice recipes.

Optionally, you can make the rice in the microwave by placing the cauliflower rice with some coconut oil in a bowl and cover it with a plastic lid. Leave the cauliflower rice in the microwave for 5-6 minutes. Once the oil has melted with the rice, remove from the microwave.
