First you have to boil the cauliflower in a pot of hot water.

Then take the cauliflower out of the pot with a strainer and let the water drip off.

Let the cauliflower cool down a bit and shred it through a small vegetable shredder.

Take a handkerchief and wrap the cauliflower and squeeze out the remaining water.

Pour the boiled cabbage into a bowl and crack an egg into it as well as the grated cheddar.

Mix the mixture well and season with salt and pepper

Heat a pan with coconut oil.
Divide the mix into several equal parts, scoop some out of the bowl, place on the heated pan, and spread the mix into a toast-like form.

Fry each side for 2 minutes. Then remove the toast from the pan and place it on a plate.

Halve, and core the avocado. Put them in a bowl and crush with a fork.

Heat a pan and fry the bacon.

Remove the bacon and crack in the remaining eggs. Fry until the desired fried egg consistency is reached.

Smear the toast with the avocado sauce, garnish with the fried egg and bacon, and enjoy!
