First you have to boil the cauliflower in a pot of hot water.

Then take the cauliflower out of the pot with a strainer and let the water drip off.

Let the cauliflower cool down a bit and shred it through a small vegetable shredder.

Take a handkerchief to wrap the cauliflower and squeeze out the remaining water.

Pour the boiled cabbage into a bowl and crack in an egg and the grated cheddar.

Mix the mixture well and season with salt and pepper

Heat a pan with coconut oil.

Divide the mix into several equal portions, scoop some of it out of the bowl then place on the heated pan, and spread the mixture into a toast-like form.

Fry each side for 2 minutes. Then you can take the toast from the pan and serve on a plate.

Smear each toasts with 20.00 g of cream cheese and top with 30g of smoked salmon.
Finally, you can squeeze some lemon juice over the toast and garnish with dill.
