Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius / 350 degrees Celsius / Gas Mark 4.

In a bowl, mix the butter, half of the erythritol, the coconut flakes, the coconut flour and the baking soda.

Fill the dough mass into a suitable muffin mold. Make sure that the mold is only filled to half with the mass so that later, the cream mass can be added. The dough should be enough for 12 cupcakes.

Bake the muffins for 8-10 minutes.

In the meantime, you can make the cream.

In a bowl, mix the cream cheese with the rest of the erythritol and add one egg. Mix well.

Take the muffins out of the oven, spread them with the cream and bake them for another 15 minutes.
