Heat a pan with olive oil to a medium temperature.

Then season the chicken breast with salt, pepper and Italian spices and put in the pan.

Fry the chicken breast from each side for 8 minutes. Then you can remove the chicken breast and place it on a plate.

Now put the chopped garlic in the pan and fry a little.

Then you add balsamic vinegar and scrape with a wooden spoon the chicken from the pan that stuck.
