Pour 1/4 of the coconut milk, fish sauce, turmeric, honey, ginger, salt, rice wine vinegar, a chopped clove of garlic and sesame oil into a large bowl.

Then these ingredients are mixed. Wash and cut the chicken breast into thicker strips. Now add to the bowl with the marinade from step 1.

All ingredients for the peanut butter sauce (soy sauce, peanut butter, the rest of the coconut milk, chicken broth, a chopped garlic clove, lemon juice, cumin, coriander, chili) are pureed with a blender and put on the side.
