First the oven is preheated to 180 degrees Celsius / 350 degrees Fahrenheit / Gas Mark 4.

Then you separate the egg yolk from the egg white.

The egg white is beat with a hand mixer, seasoned with salt and laid out on a baking tray with baking paper in the form of a cloud.

In the middle of the cloud you put the egg yolk and is placed in the oven for 7 minutes.

Once the desired cooking time has been reached, you can remove the baking tray from the oven.
