First, preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius / 350 degrees Fahrenheit / Gas Mark 4.

Pour the almond flour, the sesame seeds, the coconut flour, the psyllium husks powder, the baking powder, the salt, the olive oil and the water into a bowl and add an egg.

Now let the dough mass rest for 10 minutes.

Divide the dough into six equally sized pieces and fill them in a suitable muffin baking mould.

Bake the dough for 10 minutes.

In the meantime you can make the filling. Fill the mayonnaise into a bowl and add an egg.

Then add the cream cheese and the grated parmesan, season with salt and pepper and stir the whole mixture well.

Remove the muffins from the oven, fill the molds with the mayonnaise filling and garnish them with some smoked salmon.

Place the baking tray in the oven for 25 minutes.

Take the baking pan out of the oven, serve the muffins on a plate and garnish with a few slices of lime, as well as fresh dill.
