First you have to preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius / 400 degrees Fahrenheit / Gas Mark 6.

Remove the stems from the mushrooms and cut the stems into small pieces.

Cut the bacon into small pieces, fry it on a heated pan, add the mushroom stems, season with salt, pepper and paprika.

Pour this mixture into a bowl and allow it to cool.

You can place the mushroom heads on a baking tray.

Add the fresh cheese and sliced chives & parsley to the bowl where the bacon and the stalks are, and stir well.

Fill the mushroom heads with the mixture and bake them for 20 minutes.
