First you have to beat the eggs in a bowl.

Then take a deep baking tray with baking paper and pour the eggs inside.

Now you place the baking tray at 80-100 degrees Celsius / 225 degrees Fahrenheit / 1/4 Gas Mask in the oven until the eggs form a solid.

Meanwhile you saute the beef with garlic and some onion on a pan.

Season the meat with salt and pepper.

Now you can add the Tomato sauce.

Now you place the whipping cream in another wok and heat it up.

Then season the whipping cream with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

Now you can add the eggs and alternate layers with the meat and sauce into the lasagna mold.

Finally, mozzarella is placed over the lasagne and baked at 180 degrees Celsius / 350 degrees Fahrenheit / Gas Mark 4 for 20 minutes in the oven.
