Wash and halve the eggplant. Then cut it into 1 cm thick strips.

Season it with salt on both sides and leave to rest for 5 minutes.

Now dry the aubergine with a paper towel, then use a brush to apply olive oil.

Heat a pan and fry the eggplant strips from each side until they appear golden. Then you can put them on a paper towel to cool off.

Wash the tomato and cut it into 0,5 cm thick slices.
