Heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius / 350 degrees Fahrenheit / Gas Mark 4.

Cut the vegetables (red peppers, green peppers, yellow peppers, red onions, onions) into large slices so that the eggs can be placed inside the shell and nothing can flow out.
