Fill a blender with cream cheese, grated parmesan, coconut flour, linseed flour, liquid butter and three eggs.

Blend into a homogeneous mass. Then leave the dough mass rest for 5 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius / 325 degrees Fahrenheit / Gas Mark 3.

Heat a pan and scoop some of the dough mass onto it. The dough mass is sufficient for 4 crepes.

Once the crepe has reached the desired consistency, you can garnish it with 1/4 of the ham and cheddar and fold it together.

Take the crepe out of the pan, place it on a baking tray and sprinkle with grated cheddar.

Bake the crepe for 10 minutes in the oven.

Serve the crepe on a plate. We recommend blanched vegetables as a side dish.
