Preheat the oven to 150 degrees Celsius / 300 degrees Fahrenheit / Gas Mark 2.

Wash and then dry the kale. Then you remove the stem and pluck the leaves apart.

Drizzle the kale leaves with olive oil and lemon juice. As an alternative to the lemon juice, you can also use white wine. Season with salt.
