Preheat the oven to 165 degrees Celsius / 325 degrees Fahrenheit / Gas Mark 3.

Mix the coconut flour, the erythritol, the cinnamon and the baking powder together in a bowl.

Melt the butter and crack the eggs, then add both to the bowl with the dry ingredients and mix everything well.

Wash, peel and cut the apples into small cubes, and add to the dough. Stir again.

Pour the cake mass into a suitable baking pan and place in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
