Cut the beef and the onion into 1cm cubes. Dice the garlic clove.

Season the beef with salt and pepper.

Heat coconut oil in a pot and fry the beef.

Roast the meat until it appears brownish. Add the onion and garlic chunks and continue roasting.

Now add the beef broth, bring to the boil, then reduce the heat to a minimum.

Cut the peppers, the mushrooms, the celery and the carrot into small pieces.

Close the pot with a lid and let the goulash cook for 1.5 hours at low heat.

After that, season it with salt, pepper, paprika and Worcestershire sauce.

Now add the vegetables and cook the whole thing for another 30 minutes.

Serve on a plate and enjoy.
